The online assessment system is developed by a number of companies and leading professionals specialized in the real estate assessment sector in the Republic of Armenia that apply internationally accepted standards in the real estate assessment.Baseline data to which the calculations are done according to the accepted factors are a result of systematic observations and analysis of the Armenian real estate market. Although the assessments made by the system are developed to make them as accurate as possible, the online assessment is approximate and can not provide full accuracy.
